Quality is a foundation, an integral part of our business principles, and it supports our strategic direction as a company. We keep quality at the center in supplying products that are safe and compliant to the ministry regulations and industry standards. Customers trust and rely on us for their wireless needs because they know that we place the highest emphasis on the quality of our products and services. 

Fostering a quality mindset among employees and customers is an essential part of our commitment to maintaining quality policy and providing a framework for the quality objectives. We aim to source products from OEMs and other authentic vendors and have them thoroughly inspected by our in-house Quality Assurance team prior to supplying them to customers. Compliance with internal Quality Control standards and Golden samples, through documentation, relevant laws, industry regulations is at the center of Nexus Cellular Quality Control process. We continuously challenge ourselves to improve the quality management system to guarantee product quality and eliminate defects through the review of quality objectives and results. 

Another significant aspect of our quality policy is that we encourage participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst employees through ongoing training, coaching, supervision and effective communication. Teamwork, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and support by everyone is vital for achieving our quality objectives.  In this context, I am committed to providing the required leadership, management, and resources as needed.
