At Nexus Distribution Inc. we are committed to building a sustainable environment, and as part of this initiative, we strive to balance environmental considerations and social responsibility with our business goals. Our Environmental Policy helps to align our business practices with consideration for the environment and provides a framework for establishing our environmental objectives. - Commitment to the protection of the environment.
- Prevention of pollution and compliance with all legal obligations.
- Continual improvement to the environmental management system to enhance environmental performance.
- Operate our business in a manner that reduces our impacts on the environment, prevents pollution, and protects the environment and resources.
- Source and supply products that are safe for their intended use, efficient in their use of energy, protective of the environment and that can be reused, recycled or disposed of safely.
- Conserve natural resources by reusing and recycling materials, purchasing recycled materials, and using recyclable packaging and other materials.
- Provide a safe and healthful workplace and ensure that our employees are properly trained and have appropriate safety and emergency equipment.

- Continually review our EMS and CSR initiatives and ensure they are designed in the best interest of environmental protection.
Every employee is expected to follow this policy and to report any environmental, health, or safety concern to Nexus management. Managers are expected to take prompt action.
