The following explains what some of the terms we use to identify various products

New Original

Brand New original parts that were made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

Premium

Refurbished parts from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

OEM Reclaim A

Original gently-used non-refurbished parts with minimal wear which were reclaimed from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) devices.

OEM Reclaim B

Original used non-refurbished parts with moderate wear reclaimed from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) devices.

Plus

High-grade aftermarket parts designed to match Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) performance.

Value

Aftermarket parts, designed with cost and function in mind.
