Nexus Cellular is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Parts, a 90-day warranty on all Tools and Accessories, and a 30-day warranty on all Devices.
Some of our initiatives include international and domestic testing processes. With operating locations overseas and domestically we use these locations to physically inspect and test the majority of the parts that we sell. The physical inspections are based on North American / OEM standards. Yet, dealing with delicate electronic components, part defects are inevitable. When these situations arise, Nexus Cellular steps in to swiftly offer a solution to our clients. We recognize that the return process should not be a worrisome chore but rather a simple process to get your repairs out the door as soon as possible. With this in mind, we have set out a generous warranty policy to add value to those clients who wish to partner with us.
Send us back the goods and we will credit your account quickly! With our Request a Return portal you will be able to see exact dollar amounts and up to the minute status details of your return. We believe in 100% transparency and communication and we will not stop until you are 100% satisfied.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, rest assured your account will be credited quickly. Your return will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt or faster!
Installed Parts
Ever had a customer come back after you installed a part complaining that it’s not working? Were you worried about returning a used part? Well, we realize that as a parts supplier we need to be realistic. That is why we accept returns for defective parts that may have signs of usage.
No Restocking Fees
Regardless of the type of return, we will not charge you any restocking fees.
