First Article Inspection (FAI) and Work Instructions

Basically, it’s an inspection on a shipment we usually do. It gives us a visual inspection of a certain shipment. We test all displays and housings. But we are not testing smaller parts as it will not be feasible to test them all. We’re doing a 100% on Displays regardless of their grade. On smaller parts, we perform 20% Functioning Tests, and 100% Cosmetic Tests.
