The Latest Updates and Impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In light of the current global pandemic COVID-19, we’d like to share an important update to keep our customers informed. We are working tirelessly to ensure our supply chain does not get interrupted. We are continuing to receive mobile parts, accessories, and devices daily so that our customers can continue ordering as needed. Thus far, our stock levels have not been interrupted. Additionally, we are taking every measure to keep our prices at the same levels to help our customers during these difficult times. However, our prices might be affected temporarily due to the current exchange rate and Coronavirus situation.

Recent Measures We Are Taking

We at Nexus Cellular are taking all precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers during this time. Nexus Cellular is still fully operational and products are in stock and ready for delivery.

We have taken the following precautions when handling products:

  • All incoming shipments have been in transit for 4 days or more.
  • All product packaging is wiped down with disinfecting wipes prior to putting in stock.
  • Staff members are provided with gloves, masks, disinfecting wipes, and sanitizer.
  • Only pertinent warehouse staff are reporting to work, while office staff is working remotely.
  • All staff who have recently traveled abroad are not allowed to report back to our office premises until the two weeks self-quarantine period has passed.
  • We are limiting office interactions and ensuring communication is being done at safe distances.

A Few Ideas to Help Your Business During This Time

In this unprecedented time, we need to stay active and provide the necessary support to our clients as much as possible. Therefore, we think the following recommendation would help our invaluable customers to go through this as easily as possible.

  • Offer new services that could be more convenient for your clients. Since your clients may not be able to physically visit your store, try to offer online sales. Setting up an online store has never been easier. Our Sales Representatives would be more than happy to give you a few ideas in that area.
  • Keep parts in stock in order to be able to handle on-the-spot service. Customers will not want to go out much right now, let alone more than once. Keeping goods in stock will ensure patrons who walk through your doors are converted into customers.
  • In case your clients are not able to visit your store, offer them the ability to mail in their devices that require some sort of repairs. Once the problem is fixed, mail the device back to them, with a nice complimentary “Thank You“ card!
